YeeDot1. The service
YeeDot provides local tracking, cash-flow plans, deterministic forecasts, and optional sign-in, cloud backup, anonymous analytics, feedback, and AI explanations. Online features may be unavailable because of region, network, device, maintenance, or service status.
2. Not financial advice
Safe-to-spend amounts, scenarios, risk notices, and AI responses organize information and support understanding. They are not investment, credit, tax, legal, or other professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for checking inputs and making decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide lawful and accurate data, protect your device and Apple account, keep necessary copies, and do not infringe rights, bypass security, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
4. AI limitations
YeeDot AI is optional and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated content. It cannot modify deterministic forecasts. Review any response and confirm any write before relying on it.
YeeDot AI is currently disabled, so no data is sent to an AI provider.
5. Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or end features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product reasons. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
YeeDot software, branding, interfaces, and related content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in the data you enter and export; using the service does not transfer ownership of that data to us.
7. Ending use and applicable law
You can stop using the service and delete the cloud account. We may restrict online features for serious violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Rights and obligations remain subject to mandatory applicable law; these terms do not invent an unconfirmed state of incorporation, court, or dispute venue.
