1. Scope and separate choice

This disclosure applies to YeeDot AI when it is operated by Starroy Inc. and shown as available in the app. It is a feature-specific notice under the Privacy Policy and does not replace the Privacy Policy or User Agreement.

Viewing this page does not consent to AI processing. YeeDot processes the necessary data for a prompt only after you enable AI and separately consent in the app. Declining or disabling AI does not affect local bookkeeping, plans, or deterministic forecasts.

Publishing this page does not mean that AI is enabled in every app version. The availability and consent flow shown in the app control whether the feature can be used.

2. Purpose and capability boundaries

YeeDot AI can explain cash-flow risk, safe-to-spend amounts, spending structure, and the impact of future plans. It can also propose one income or expense entry.

AI does not produce YeeDot's deterministic forecasts and cannot directly change balances, forecasting rules, plans, or existing transactions. A proposed entry is written locally only after you confirm it again. AI does not execute payments, transfers, or other movement of funds.

3. Data flow for each prompt

Your prompt and up to 24 recent on-device conversation messages are used to understand context. The first stage sends only available date ranges and capability indicators; that index contains no amounts.

The second stage sends only what the question requires: amount summaries, categories, dates, account types, up to 100 de-identified transaction samples, up to 100 planned occurrences, and optional current-overview and 90-day forecast summaries.

Account names, notes, raw merchant text, transaction IDs, device IDs, and full-ledger backups are excluded from ledger context. Information that you type directly into a prompt, however, is sent as part of that prompt. Do not enter unrelated sensitive information or another person's information without authorization.

4. Retention and service-provider processing

AI conversations are stored on your device by default, subject to a maximum of 50 messages and 30 days. You can clear them from the AI screen. Disabling AI does not automatically delete local conversation history.

YeeDot's server stores account-level consent, daily request and token totals, and short-lived run metadata that contains no prompt, response, or amount. Run metadata is retained for no more than 24 hours.

YeeDot uses a third-party generative-AI infrastructure service to process requests and generate output. YeeDot does not use this content for advertising profiles or to train a YeeDot-owned model. The service provider may handle input and output under its applicable policy and service terms. See the Third-Party Information Sharing List for the current recipient and policy.

5. Output limitations and risk

AI output is probabilistic and depends on the information provided. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Check it against the original ledger and your actual situation, and do not rely on it alone for a significant decision.

YeeDot AI does not provide investment, lending, credit, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights that applicable law gives you.

6. Withdrawal, clearing, and rights requests

You can disable AI and withdraw consent in app settings. After withdrawal, YeeDot will not start new AI requests. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before it took effect.

Clearing local conversations, disabling AI, and deleting a cloud account are separate actions. To request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by us, use the support page or email support@starroy.com.

7. Changes to this disclosure

We will update the document version and effective date if the purpose, data scope, recipient, or retention rules materially change. When applicable law requires renewed consent, the app will ask you to confirm again before further processing.
